As the Finance Controller, you will report to the Director of Child and Family Services and manage all financial undertakings for the Jordan’s Principle program. You will ensure compliance with funding agreements and maintain accountability through accurate and timely financial reporting. Your expertise will shape the financial assistance provided to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with WUT finance policies • Manage all aspects of program funding • Complete financial transactions in a timely manner • Develop and manage funding claims effectively • Regularly reconcile approved claims with spending
Requirements: • University Degree in business administration/accounting • A minimum of 5 years in financial management • Proficiency in conflict resolution and communication • Familiarity with Wiikwemkoong services and programs • Knowledge of Anishnaabemowin is beneficial
