Key Responsibilities: • Organize culinary tasks and team assignments • Assist in food ordering and inventory management • Prepare various menu items for guests • Ensure cleanliness and food safety protocols • Provide training and guidance to kitchen personnel

Requirements: • 1-3+ years in a food service role • Food Safety certification for Alberta required • Red Seal Cook certification is an asset • Strong verbal and written English skills • Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs
