As part of Flair’s Flight Operations team, you will work closely with the Chief Pilot to promote reliable and compliant flight operations. Your responsibilities include managing flight preparations, in-flight duties, and compliance with safety regulations. Robust analytical skills and effective communication are essential to maintain a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough checks of aircraft and operational readiness • Support the Pilot in Command in all aspects of flight • Gather and analyze weather and operational data • Prepare flight documentation and monitor compliance • Ensure timely communications with crew and passengers

Requirements: • Valid ATPL or CPL with necessary exams • At least 1,000 hours of fixed-wing flying experience • Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations • Prior experience on Boeing 737 types advantageous • Excellent judgment and situational awareness
