As the Engagement Officer reporting directly to the Director of Engagement, you will take charge of initiatives aimed at integrating healthcare and community philanthropy. Key duties include coordinating tours, leading donor stewardship activities, and engaging with healthcare providers to cultivate relationships with grateful patients and families. Your role will be integral in supporting various engagement programs and enhancing the Foundation's outreach.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage participant logistics for Inside WRHN tours • Prepare materials and facilitate donor engagement events • Coordinate comprehensive communication for the Family Campaign • Collaborate with clinical teams on philanthropic initiatives • Oversee event logistics, including vendor relations and setups

Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field such as marketing or community development • 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising or related activities • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar CRM • Open to adaptable work hours for events
