Key Responsibilities: • Warmly welcome and seat guests effectively • Present and recommend menu items with expertise • Take exact food and beverage orders • Responsibly serve food and drink according to standards • Process guest payments using the POS system
Requirements: • Hospitality Management Diploma or related field • Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification required • Minimum 2 years experience in Canadian restaurants • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities • Ability to handle guest concerns and service challenges
