As an Experienced Counterperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships while assisting with parts orders. This permanent position is tailored for individuals with a passion for automotive service and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers and efficiently processing orders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide excellent customer assistance both in-person and via phone • Process inquiries using automotive knowledge and company tools • Complete and organize warranty paperwork correctly • Maintain a neat and orderly store environment • Coordinate the picking, shipping, and storing of auto parts orders
