Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate participation in community-based activities • Involve in individual support planning and resource identification • Provide personal support aligned with individual goals • Act as a role model in the community • Comply with safety measures and maintain confidentiality
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in developmental services or similar • One year experience in community support settings • Valid First Aid, CPR, and NVCI certifications • Solid interpersonal and computer skills • Current driver’s license and dependable transportation
