Full time Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse - 1.0 FTE St. Elizabeth Seton School Red Deer, AB We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our RDCRS team as a student support specialist on a full-time basis. Primary responsibility will be to assist with elementary grade medical needs support, student learning support, personal care, complex medical needs, and g-tube feeding.

Responsibilities could include

Monitor health status, promptly reporting any concerning changes.

Administer medications and treatments as directed.

Tracheostomy, airway monitoring/suctioning, g-tube feeding

Collaborate with all partners

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student, addressing any environmental hazards or factors that may impede their well-being

Maintain accurate and updated documentation of care provided

Provide educational support as required

Qualifications: Valid and active LPN license for Alberta

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Red Deer, AB T4R 1V5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Language: English (required)

Licence/Certification: LPN (required)
