Who we are looking for:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Finance and Administration of the Early Learning and Child Care Branch, this position provides a full range of front-line reception and administration and finance support for the branch. This position supports the ELCC branch funding programs as well as the certification system for early childhood educators.

The ideal candidate will have…
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Experience performing a wide variety of administrative support services including responding to inquiries, maintaining filing systems, and office management.
- Experience providing customer service or reception services to the general public.
- Experience providing financial and accounting services, including financial reporting, budget monitoring, reconciliations, and analysis
- Experience using financial management systems and spreadsheet software to track, analyze, and report financial information.
