Grout, we specialize in restoring tile, grout, and stone surfaces, helping customers transform worn, stained, damaged, and outdated surfaces without the cost and disruption of complete replacement. We're looking for an experienced General Manager who understands the service business, knows how to lead people, cares about quality, and has the drive to grow an operation. This is more than a desk job.

You'll be involved in people, customers, technicians, operations, sales, quality, and the financial performance of the business.

The Opportunity As General

Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the operation. You'll work closely with technicians, administrative staff, customers, and leadership to make sure the business runs efficiently, delivers exceptional results, and continues to grow. You’ll have the opportunity to build systems, develop people, improve processes, and directly influence the success of the company.

What You'll Be Responsible For Lead Daily Operations - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to our quality standards

- Coordinate technicians, schedules, equipment, materials, and resources
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Establish and maintain productive processes and procedures
- Ensure customers receive a consistent,

- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
- Train and develop employees to improve skills, productivity, and quality

- Recruit and help develop talented team members as the company grows Drive Growth - Help develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify opportunities to expand services and market reach
- Improve customer retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Monitor sales and operational performance
- Look for ways to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality Own the Customer Experience - Build strong relationships with customers
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure work meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Establish a culture where quality and customer service are priorities Manage Financial Performance - Monitor revenue, expenses, labor, materials, and other operating costs
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Track key performance indicators

- Ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained and used
