About The Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and critical thinkers to join our team as Data Evaluation Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing outputs generated by AI models across various formats including text, images, videos, and documents. Your primary task will be to evaluate these outputs against predefined criteria, identify errors or inconsistencies, and provide clear, well-justified feedback.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI systems by refining their outputs through your evaluations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines independently. This is a remote, flexible contract role suited for individuals who are committed to quality and accuracy in their work, and who thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Prior experience in fields such as UI/UX design, graphic design, photography, video production, editorial work, research, or technical writing is highly desirable. The role requires individuals who can evaluate creative or technical content against specific criteria, identify subtle errors, and provide constructive feedback.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to follow complex instructions,



and a commitment to quality are essential qualities for success in this position. While formal technical qualifications are not mandatory, familiarity with AI or data annotation processes will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs including text, images, videos, and documents against detailed criteria to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from guidelines, and document findings clearly and thoroughly.
- Provide well-reasoned justifications for each evaluation, supporting your judgments with detailed explanations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout all assessments.
- Follow detailed written guidelines and training materials to ensure consistency across evaluations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve evaluation processes and standards.
- Participate in training sessions and performance feedback meetings to enhance skills and understanding of project requirements.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
