Requirements: • Registration or eligibility with CLHA as a Health Care Aide • Completion of certificate program within 18 months • 1-2 years recent experience on a surgical or orthopaedic unit • Experience on an orthopaedic spine unit preferred • Strong commitment to patient communication and safety
