This position involves up to 24 hours of weekly commitment, managing simulation equipment and assisting with clinical training. You will enable nursing students to practice skills through hands-on experiences with sophisticated simulation technologies in a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and operate high-fidelity mannequins for scenarios • Perform technical checks and maintain equipment functionality • Provide support to faculty and students during simulations • Organize supplies for simulation settings and clean labs post-session • Document equipment needs and submit requests for supplies

Requirements: • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with a degree • Five years of relevant healthcare experience required • Expertise in simulation processes and equipment • Excellent organizational and public speaking skills • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
