About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Administrator to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users, maintain IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure reliable and secure day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and IT systems.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, system performance, application, and endpoint issues.
- Monitor system availability, perform routine maintenance, and assist with backups and disaster-recovery processes.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, support tickets, and technical procedures.
- Assist with cybersecurity controls, software updates, patch management, and endpoint protection.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support IT projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and networking fundamentals.




- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and basic network administration.
- Experience with ticketing/service-desk systems and IT documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure/AWS or other cloud environments.
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent experience.
