About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Specialist to support, maintain, and improve technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, assess IT requirements, implement solutions, and help maintain reliable and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, test, and implement IT systems and solutions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Review existing IT systems and recommend improvements.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and technology projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system records.
- Assist with IT security, access controls, and system compliance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand technology requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
