About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Manager to lead their housekeeping department in Kimberley . This role is critical in ensuring that the hotel's rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You will manage a team of housekeeping staff, oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, and implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance. Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to hotel standards. Train, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring high levels of performance and teamwork.





Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met. Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities, ensuring efficient ordering and stock control. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager role. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
