About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized HR Specialist focusing on Compensation and Benefits to join their team in Kimberley . This role is critical for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze market data, ensure compliance, and communicate program details effectively to employees and management, contributing to the attraction and retention of talent.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of total rewards strategies in the South African context.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and administer compensation strategies, including salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.

- Manage the employee benefits portfolio, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

- Conduct market research and analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.





- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management.

- Communicate program details and changes to employees and managers effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation surveys and HRIS systems.

- In-depth knowledge of South African labor law related to compensation and benefits.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
