Being a HVAC Technical Support technician means putting your passion and expertise to work for both the team and our customers.
As a HVAC Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing remote troubleshooting, and working closely with service technicians and teh R&D; team to support repair and preventive maintenance activities.
In this role, you will,
- Respond to service calls and emails;
- Remotely monitor, locate, and diagnose technical issues;
- Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs;
- Read and interpret drawings and technical documentations;
- Enter orders into the internal system and follow up on shilpping confirmations;
- Work closely with the R&D; team to resolve technical issues;
- Process merchandise returns;
- Handle warranty and claim credits.
