Key Responsibilities:



• Lead strategic planning and management of contact centre services • Ensure service quality within the Toronto Community Crisis Service • Develop networks by collaborating with nonprofit sector leaders • Prepare operational statistics and reports for stakeholders • Offer continuous guidance and support to team members

Requirements: • Education in Social Services, Psychology, or related fields • Minimum of two years in social services sector • Current Community Resource Specialist certification desired • Solid insight into systemic inequities faced by marginalized communities • Ability to manage crises and de-escalate situations effectively
