The Township's Rural Community Care and PSW Outreach Program is expanding and is looking for dedicated individuals. As a Personal Support Worker, you will ensure that eligible adults can live safely and independently in their own homes. Flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with activities of daily living, such as transfers and grooming • Administer medication routines per PSW guidelines • Help with meal preparation and feeding patients • Perform light housekeeping linked to patient care • Monitor and effectively report on patient conditions

Requirements: • PSW Certificate (Ontario-accredited or equivalent) • Ability to obtain a Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle • CPR/First Aid and Food Safety certification necessary • Community care experience is considered an asset
