About the Role U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking an Independent Sales Representative – Laboratory & Biomedical Equipment to develop the Ontario market.

This is an independent contractor, commission-only position with no base salary . The role is remote and adaptable.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business with laboratories, universities, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, research facilities, and healthcare organizations across Ontario.
- Promote laboratory refrigerators, pharmacy and medication refrigerators, ultra-low temperature freezers, and related laboratory products.
- Identify new customer opportunities and build long-term relationships with purchasing, laboratory, pharmacy, and facility teams.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. on product selection, pricing, quotations, and order processing.

Qualifications





- Experience in B2B, medical, laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Existing relationships with laboratories, hospitals, universities, pharmacies, clinics, or research organizations in Ontario are a strong asset.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Able to work independently and manage customer relationships.

Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

Commission may vary by product category and sales volume and will be confirmed before quotations are submitted.

There are no joining fees, product purchase requirements, or investment requirements .
