Relocation: Not AvailableAs our next Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality), you’ll be at the forefront of supporting quality and engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Provide technical support for tooling, equipment, processes, and product-related issues.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality, operational, safety, and production concerns.

Assist in the development of standardized work instructions and process documentation.

Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality, and EHS requirements.What We’re Looking For: Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.

Self-motivated with robust organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
