Working as part of The Minery, this role is built for anearly-career HR qualified ready to accelerate their development. You will beemployed by The Minery, one of Canada's most respected automotive HR consultingfirms, spending three days a week on‑site at client locations across theToronto area and two days working remotely. The role As the Jr. HR & Culture Consultant, you will serve asan embedded HR partner across a portfolio of The Minery's client dealerships,building working relationships with General Managers and key managementpersonnel at each location.

The first six months will focus on two foundationalpriorities: mastering HR4, the HRIS platform The Minery specializes in,



andowning full-cycle recruitment for your assigned clients from point ofapplication through to onboarding. From there, responsibilities expandprogressively across employee relations, performance management, client reporting,and additional client accounts, as you build toward a Senior HR BusinessPartner role.

What you will do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for assignedclient accounts within HR4 — sourcing, screening, interview coordination,offers, and onboarding

Build sourcing strategies and maintain activetalent pipelines for recurring and priority roles

Maintain a consistent, trusted on-sitepresence across assigned client locations

Build strong working relationships with GMs,department managers, and staff

Support Sr. HR & Culture Consultants withemployee relations matters, documentation, and policy interpretation

Maintain accurate, high-quality recruitmentand employee records within HR4

Participate in recognition events, teaminitiatives, and morale programs

As experience grows: lead employee check-ins,support performance management, and help prepare quarterly HR reviews

What we are looking for

1 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment,or a related field





Post-secondary education in Human Resources,Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience with full-cyclerecruitment is a strong asset

Holds or is actively working towards a CHRPdesignation

Comfortable in a client-facing, consulting, ormulti-stakeholder environment

Strong attention to detail and a disciplinedapproach to data accuracy and documentation A proactive, ownership-oriented approach — youidentify what needs to be done and take initiative

Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and modern HRplatforms

Knowledge of the automotive or dealershipsector is an asset but not required

What we offer

$55,000 to $65,000 per annum, commensuratewith experience

Remote work flexibility — 2 days per week A structured, supported pathway toward aSenior HR Business Partner designation
