Thermea Spa Village is hiring a Kiosk Supervisor in Winnipeg for the holiday season! Manage kiosk operations while enjoying free spa access as part of your role.

This position runs from October until January 2027. You will supervise temporary kiosks in major shopping centres, guiding your team toward achieving sales targets and exceptional customer service. Collaborating directly with the Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing, your leadership will involve training staff and managing day-to-day operations for effective sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities: • Train and mentor gift certificate sales staff • Oversee inventory management and orders • Act as a resource for customer inquiries and complaints • Prepare sales reports and manage the sales cycle • Assist in temporary staff hiring processes

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum one year managing a team of 10+ individuals • At least two years’ customer service experience • Experience in sales is essential • Must have access to a vehicle for travel purposes
