Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- PhD student. Knowledge of business analytics and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, formulas, basic data analysis).
- Successful completion of a graduate-level Business Analytics course (minimum grade of 80%).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to hold regular office hours (via Teams) and provide constructive feedback to students.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with research design, including developing research questions, hypotheses, identifying appropriate data sources, sampling, and basic analytical approaches.
- Previous grading experience is desirable; knowledge of Tableau is desirable.
- Successful prior GTA experience with Lang Professional Programs course(s).
