Our law firmprovides legal representation to the residents of Northern Ontario in the areasof family law and child protection law.

Thesuccessful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to multi-task,has initiative and is detailed oriented.Please note that this is an in-person role.

Dutiesinclude but are not limited to:

Draftingroutine correspondence, court documents, and managing documents in appropriate software.

Organizingand maintaining client files and lawyer’s calendar.

Communicating and meeting with clients as needed.

UsingPC Law and DivorceMate.

PerformingLegal Aid Billing.

Othertasks as assigned.





To beconsidered for this role you will have attained your Law Clerk diploma and orequivalent experience primarily in family law. The hourly wage will range from $23 - $27 and will commensuratewith experience. The firm is looking fora dynamic individual who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively, and who has excellent written and oral communication skills.

This position requires an intermediate to advanced MS Office suiteskill set and previous experience with PC Law, and DivorceMate. The firm’s culture is one thatis welcoming, supportive and focused, and we are looking for a like-mindedindividual to join our team.
