Help with preparation of season plan for development of players holistically Help prepare daily soccer training sessions and microcycles. Oversee development of group of players Help provide more capacity for CCA development Recruiting

Help evaluate recruits for soccer, academic, and cultural fit. Attend recruiting events Help with organization of recruiting Help create recruiting material Youth Programs

Education

Undergraduate degree/ BA and previous experience in related field. Valid Sports-Aid and CPR certificate are to be provided prior to commencement of employment and annually thereafter. Level II or equivalent NCCP coaching certification and Canada Soccer B License preferred. Experience

Experience playing at the University Varsity level required Knowledge And Skills

Demonstrated skills and knowledge in elite level sport. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. Ability to work with students, parents, head coach, faculty, staff, administration and members of the media effectively. Personal
