We are hiring a hands-on Lead, Site Reliability Engineering / Application Support qualified to join a large enterprise technology environment.

This is a hands-on production support / SRE role** supporting applications and developer platforms in Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, improving monitoring and reliability, and helping automate operational processes.

What you’ll be doing

Support applications and platform services across DEV, UAT and PROD

Lead incident triage, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Support releases, deployments and CI/CD pipelines

Troubleshoot Azure access, identity, networking and application issues

Monitor application performance and availability using observability tools

Support onboarding of applications onto the platform

What we’re looking for

5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Support,



DevOps or Cloud Operations

Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience

Experience supporting production applications and resolving live incidents

Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, API Management, Container Apps and Storage

CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar

Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor or Log Analytics

Understanding of SSO, OAuth, app registrations, DNS, certificates, firewalls and private endpoints

Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python or Azure CLI
