What You’ll Do

This is a fully remote, independent contracting role. You'll:

- Provide mentoring and guidance to clients as they work toward professional and personal goals
- Use social platforms and networking strategies to connect with prospective clients (training provided)
- Conduct structured conversations to understand client needs and align solutions
- Support clients in overcoming challenges, strengthening resilience, and adapting to change
- Collaborate with like-minded professionals who share a passion for growth and development

What You’ll Bring





- A genuine interest in personal growth and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (or willingness to learn)
- Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships
- A proactive, self-driven approach to work
- At least 5 years of professional experience (post-study)
