You will collaborate closely with the Senior Administrator to ensure that departmental activities align with the community’s values and governance standards. Your ability to facilitate transparent communication and support team performance will drive the Nation's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating the Nation's annual work plan • Engage with Directors to push departmental objectives • Guarantee compliance with governance standards • Supervise budget preparation and oversight • Chair committee meetings and coordinate elections
Requirements: • Degree in Indigenous Governance or similar • Minimum of three years in a management role • Knowledge of federal and provincial frameworks • Experience in financial management • Advanced MS Office skills and cultural competence
