Planning and scheduling ensuring all activities in department are prioritized on a daily and weekly timeline communicate the plan to maintenance team
Ensure parts availability, working with purchasing to initiate the procurement of required parts
Forecast specialized maintenance requirements and develop action plans for short, medium and long term projects
Review and develop standard preventative maintenance plans
Meet with production planning to facilitate maintenance and production needs
Participate in root cause analysis for any machine related downtime
Work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize equipment downtime
Environment/Quality: Maintaining product safety, legality and quality
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
College diploma
3 years' experience in the planning/scheduling of plant maintenance
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Solid decision-making aptitude
High organization skills
Working knowledge of SAP,
Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$36.00 - $50.00/hour (depending on experience)
Paid Benefits after 90 days (individual and family) – extended medical, out-of-country coverage, dental etc.
Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work (open enrollment every October)
