Join our Edmonton HyCO facility as a Maintenance Technician and play a critical role in maintaining protected, reliable, and efficient plant operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of rotating and mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, fans, and associated plant systems within a continuous petrochemical manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is ideal for a certified Journeyperson Millwright who thrives in a safety-driven, high-reliability operation and enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges while supporting plant reliability and operational excellence. This is a 24/7 operating facility; flexibility to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule is required.

• Skills Minimum 4 years of industrial plant maintenance experience* Experience in petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, manufacturing, power generation, or related process industries* Experience maintaining compressors, multistage pumps, turbines, valves, fin fans, and rotating equipment* Strong troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root cause analysis capabilities* Proficiency with SAP PM and Microsoft Office applications* CAD and mechanical drawing experience considered an asset* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team* Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and safety-focused mindsetWorking Conditions Continuous process manufacturing environment Exposure to outdoor weather conditions year-round* Exposure to elevated noise levels requiring appropriate PPE* Work at heights and operate company-supplied mobile equipment as required* Occasional travel to U.S. facilities for training or operational supportThis role is designated as a safety-sensitive position and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and may be subject to ongoing testing in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
