Key Responsibilities:



• Act as subject matter expert for Portable Benefits and Health products • Develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps • Analyze and monitor product performance and client feedback • Identify market and regulatory opportunities and risks • Partner with teams for knowledge transfer and support

Requirements: • 7+ years in product management or similar roles • Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian health and insurance products • Expertise in managing product strategies and roadmaps • Proven track record influencing cross-departmental initiatives • Previous work with Individual Health & Dental products is advantageous
