Key Responsibilities: • Lead teams for efficient product launch activities • Generate information as required by the APQP team • Support various stakeholders in implementing current products • Request capital for necessary tooling and equipment • Conduct pilot runs to validate production readiness
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) • 8-12 years in manufacturing and design • Proven project management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of ISO 9001 and SolidWorks
