Role: Marketing Events Coordinator

Location: Toronto, Canada (with comfortability with travel to client sites)

Job Type: Contract

We are looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to support field marketing activities across Canada. The role will focus on event coordination, marketing operations, sales enablement, and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Support webinars, workshops, in-person events, executive events, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and marketing activities.
- Maintain sales enablement materials and event reports.
- Assist with procurement and budget tracking.
- Maintain event documentation and ensure processes are repeatable.
- Work with sales, marketing, communications, and other teams.




- Support pre- and post-event activities.

Requirements

- 0 –3 years of marketing/event experience or relevant internship.
- B2B technology/software experience is preferred.
- Based in or near Toronto preferred.
- Solid skills in Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and Mac.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, or Swoogo experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events.
