In this integral position reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you’ll lead maintenance and repair efforts for the club’s diverse equipment fleet. Your experience of 3-5 years in high-paced environments will help you optimize equipment performance and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily operations of the equipment maintenance shop • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs • Maintain detailed service records and schedules • Ensure compliance with safety regulations • Promote accountability among equipment operators
Requirements: • Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience preferred • 3-5 years maintenance experience necessary • Strong knowledge of various mechanical systems • Excellent organizational and communication skills • BC Driver's License mandatory
