We provide personalized care for patients of all ages and through many stages of life—from prenatal and postnatal care to chronic-condition support and palliative care. Our multidisciplinary services include osteopathic care, psychotherapy, advanced medical aesthetics and wellness services.

Our areas of care include motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, workplace and sports injuries, orthopedic concerns, migraines, postnatal care, baseline testing and whole-body health.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented, motivated and personable Medical Aesthetician who is also qualified to provide non-RMT relaxation and wellness massage.

This is a flexible, on-site opportunity for someone who is passionate about skin health, wellness and creating exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will perform aesthetic and wellness services, complete thorough consultations, recommend personalized treatment plans and provide outstanding client care.

Services May Include

- Laser hair removal
- Other laser and light-based treatments
- ProCell Microchanneling
- Microneedling, where appropriately trained
- Elixir Hydrabrasion
- Customized medical-grade facials
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- AI-assisted skin analysis
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Non-RMT relaxation and wellness massage
- Scalp, neck, shoulder, back, hand and foot massage
- Other aesthetic and wellness services within the provider’s education and qualifications

Candidates are not required to be trained in every service.



Additional training may be considered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional skin and wellness consultations
- Assess client goals, treatment suitability and contraindications
- Develop personalized treatment and home-care plans
- Perform aesthetic and wellness services safely and within your qualifications
- Operate clinic technology according to training, manufacturer instructions and clinic protocols
- Educate clients about treatment preparation, aftercare and maintenance
- Provide a warm, elevated and memorable client experience
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Follow all clinic privacy, safety and infection-prevention procedures
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized and fully prepared
- Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products without high-pressure sales
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent care and follow-up
- Participate in clinic promotions, events and social-media content when mutually arranged
- Contribute ideas that support the growth of the aesthetics and wellness department

Qualifications

- Certification or diploma in Medical Aesthetics, Advanced Aesthetics or a related field
- Laser hair-removal certification and practical experience
- Training or experience in hair removal, skincare and professional aesthetic treatments
- Microchanneling or microneedling training is an asset
- Education or practical experience in non-RMT relaxation or wellness massage
- Strong knowledge of skin types, contraindications, treatment protocols and aftercare
- Foundational knowledge of health, anatomy and treatment safety
- Excellent customer-service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Previous experience in a healthcare,



medical aesthetics or wellness setting is preferred
- Comfortable discussing personalized treatment plans and skincare recommendations
- Motivated to build and retain a loyal clientele
- Committed to continued education and skilled growth An existing clientele is welcome but not required. We are equally interested in the right candidate who is motivated to grow.

All massage services offered through this position are non-RMT wellness services. They are not Registered Massage Therapy treatments and are not eligible for submission under RMT insurance benefits.

Independent contractors must maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and enter into a written contractor agreement before providing services.
