Become a pivotal part of Miratech’s team as a Senior UC Engineer focusing on Cisco Unified Communications. This remote role offers the chance to influence enterprise communications. In this position, you will support the design and operational integrity of Unified Communications systems, including Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams.

Collaborating across various teams, you’ll manage incidents, perform vendor escalations, and ensure compliance with industry standards for emergency services and voice recording. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center support
- Manage compliance for Voice Recording functionalities
- Facilitate Emergency Calling service support
- Execute troubleshooting for SIP Trunking
- Analyze Call Detail Records for compliance and reporting Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Unified Communications
- Proficient with Cisco Webex Control Hub and architecture
- Familiar with UC observability and monitoring practices
- Background in E911 and Trading Turret systems is a plus
