Littler LLP is expanding in Montréal, and we are seeking experienced lawyers to join our growing legal team. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 – 6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law and must be called to the Barreau du Québec (Quebec Bar). This role provides a chance to work on complex labour and employment issues, including client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting employers in labour and employment matters. Strong communication and writing skills in both French and English are required, given the international nature of the work and client base. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
