We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to strengthen our Information & Technology Services. You should bring at least three years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and training. This role involves tackling complex issues in networking, telecommunications, and security while providing Tier 2 technical assistance to our user base.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement complex core technology systems effectively • Provide Tier 2 support for technical challenges • Manage network and telecommunications infrastructure • Address security, authentication, and messaging issues • Work collaboratively with IT colleagues

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related area • Minimum three years of Information Technology experience • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License is essential • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities • Solid communicating skills, both verbal and written
