Dodds Garage Doors seeks a Senior HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition to lead HR operations and full-cycle recruitment across Southern Ontario. You will own onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, health & safety, and performance management.
Reports to the President and partners with Service Managers at each location. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR, robust recruitment experience, and solid knowledge of Ontario employment law.
