In this full-time overnight position, you will act as a vital part of the Campus Public Safety team, performing duties that uphold security and foster a welcoming atmosphere at SFU. Key Responsibilities: • Patrol the campus and secure buildings • Communicate with SFU dispatch for updates • Respond to emergencies and administer first aid • Monitor alarms and security systems regularly • Log incidents and maintain operational details
Requirements: • Must have legal work authorization in Canada • BC Security Worker’s License is required • Basic Security Training Certificate necessary • First Aid and CPR training required • Mental Health First Aid Certification beneficial
