Role Description The Part-Time Client Advisor is an on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for delivering an elevated client experience that reflects CELINE’s luxury standards. This role includes welcoming clients, providing personalized product advice, and supporting them through the full sales process from discovery to purchase and after-sales follow-up.

The Client

Advisor will manage client inquiries, support daily store operations such as merchandising and stock organization, and collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.



This is a full-time role that requires consistent presence on the boutique floor, adherence to CELINE’s grooming and presentation standards, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction and brand representation.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships in a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive service, problem-solving, and personalized client support.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and explicit, professional spoken and written communication.
- Familiarity with Insurance or related administrative processes, particularly in handling client transactions or special service requests.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools; ability to learn internal clienteling platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing time and responsibilities in a boutique setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
