Key Responsibilities: • Assess eligibility based on policy documents • Review claims and medical records effectively • Evaluate outcomes for Pre-Authorization requests • Guide and support Insurance Advisors' decisions • Engage with partners and clients for claims
Requirements: • Animal Health Technologist (AHT) or comparable background • Experience in a veterinary clinic workplace • Bilingual skills in English and French valued • AMF Quebec License is a bonus • Willing to complete background checks
