Kerr’s Chain Saw Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Advisor & Parts to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and have a passion for ATV, Side-by-Side, motorcycle, and outdoor power equipment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist service customers by phone, in person, email, and text.

· Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs, and create repair orders.

· Prepare estimates and communicate with customers to obtain approval for repairs.

· Sell services while providing knowledgeable product support such as manufacture maintenance schedule.

· Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.

· Assign and monitor repair orders and coordinate with technicians.

· Ensure parts are ordered, available, and organized for repairs.

· Process and maintain warranty claims and ensure they remain up to date.

· Strive to meet key metrics to have Service department successful

· Help maintain an organized, clean, and productive Parts & Service department.





· Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and department efficiency.

· Provide customers with clear explanations of completed repairs and charges.

· Backup for parts, accessories, merchandise, and Assist with parts ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory as required.

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.

· Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Parts counter or powersports experience is an asset.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong computer skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

· Knowledge of powersports or outdoor power equipment is an asset.

· Valid driver's licence required; motorcycle licence is an asset.

· Bilingual English/French is a definite asset.

· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
