In this field-based role, you will engage directly with customers, performing maintenance on equipment like forklifts and order pickers. The ideal candidate has a solid background in mechanical work and enjoys proactive maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Customer communication about service and follow-up needs is crucial for building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial equipment • Inspect machinery for safety and operational issues • Adhere to OEM and company standards for maintenance execution • Provide on-site customer support and troubleshooting • Maintain accurate records of service reports and inspections

Requirements: • Background in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems • Experience with preventative maintenance in field settings • Exceptional communication and customer service skills • Valid driver's license for travel to client sites • Certification as a Red Seal Automotive Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician apprentice
