About the Role

This organization is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations. Reporting into the Production Manager, you'll take ownership of shift performance — keeping safety, quality, and throughput on track while developing the people underneath you.

Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day enforcement of production standards — safety, quality, yield, labour costing, union relations, HACCP, and BRC compliance
- Deliver hands-on training and coaching to production staff,



ensuring GMP practices and procedures are consistently followed across the shift
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement, helping shape SOPs and departmental policy
- Represent the shift during internal and external audits, leading investigations and corrective action plans when issues arise

Qualifications

- Hands-on supervisory background in a food or beverage manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and broader food safety compliance frameworks
- A track record of coaching and developing frontline teams, with the ability to hold people accountable
