About the Role

Our client, a dynamic non-profit organization in Kimberley , is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation of social impact initiatives. This role is essential for managing project timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and community beneficiaries. You will contribute to projects aimed at positive social change across the Northern Cape. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to manage project tasks remotely while also engaging in on-site coordination and community interaction within Kimberley and its surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of various social impact projects.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
- Organize project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, project management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
