Wesley is seeking a Provincial Youth Outreach Worker to support youth and families in Brantford. The 18-month maternity leave position is full‑time, with 40 hours/week, primarily Tue–Sat, 12:00–8:00 pm, starting Oct 19, 2026.

The role emphasizes outreach, service navigation, and community partnerships to improve youth outcomes. The group collaborates with Indigenous and urban communities, supports youth development, and maintains data in the TREAT system.
