Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate independence assessments impacting network strategy • Consult with teams on compliance and independence topics • Keep knowledge current through training and community engagement • Coach team members and present independence webinars • Engage in technology and operational transformation projects
Requirements: • Proven managerial background in compliance roles • In-depth knowledge of independence regulations • Experience with private equity and investment company structures • Strong acumen for business collaboration • CPA designation is advantageous, but not necessary
